CMS CART Reporting Tool
 

COMPdata utilizes the National CMS CART reporting tool for hospitals to enter clinical data that meets Joint Commission/CMS performance measurements reporting requirements.

CART is an acronym for CMS Abstracting and Reporting Tool. CMS provides the QualityNet web site for the health care community to access information regarding the National CART Tool, downloads, CART Training Tutorials, National Quality Initiatives, reporting manuals, resources, and much more.
