Nurse Staffing Submission Deadlines

Due to Covid-19 quarters for 4Q2019- all reporting periods/years remain openContact us for  any assistance with 4Q2019 entries. Although hard deadlines have been temporarily suspended, please continue to complete quarterly entries. We also ask that you  keep Data Coordinators active and updated. 
IDPH and IHA final submission deadline is 91 days after the end of each quarter, per IDPH rules.

COMPdata's Automated Reporting System Quarter-End Notifications for missing data reporting: Temporarily suspended until further notice.  

End-of-quarter notifications for missing data will be sent 30, 15, and last 7 days prior to a final submission due date.   Please submit early to meet deadlines.

Administrative Rule

User Account and HIPAA Compliance:  The designated Primary User manages User accounts. To ensure inactive accounts are removed from the system, primary users must immediately notify COMPdata of a User’s status change, such as separation of employment or changes in duties.
